What it means to be an Ally
Allies are experienced peers who bring real leadership, operating, advisory, or specialist experience to client work and to the Alliance itself. Many are independent business owners or independent contractors who join the Alliance to expand their reach, contribute their expertise, and work with complementary leaders.

Allies are matched to work where their experience is genuinely relevant. The goal is not to make every Ally fit every engagement.

The Alliance creates opportunities to work with new clients, collaborate with other experienced leaders, contribute to research and public conversations, and take on work that may be larger or broader than one independent practice could pursue alone.
Who may fit
We are interested in experienced leaders, independent business owners, and independent contractors who can work with senior clients as credible peers and who are comfortable helping organizations through significant change.
- You have held meaningful leadership, operating, advisory, professional, or specialist responsibility, and you may already run your own independent practice or business.
- You can bring practical judgment to questions involving AI, automation, strategy, leadership, organizational change, governance, data, technology, work, or value creation.

Clients work with the Ally or group of Allies whose experience best fits the decision, challenge, or stage of transformation.
Accountability
The Summit Leadership Alliance remains responsible for the quality and coherence of the engagement.
