Dalibor Petrovic

Dalibor Petrovic is the Founder and Chief Ally of The Summit Leadership Alliance. He helps leaders and organizations navigate the age of intelligence and automation. His work focuses on AI fluency, leadership judgment, strategy, and organizational transformation. Headquartered in Canada, TSLA works worldwide through virtual and hybrid engagements.

Dalibor’s work includes Executive AI Fluency and Thought-Partnership, leadership development, and transformation advisory. He uses The Intelligent Organization (TIO) framework to help clients assess capabilities and plan organizational change.

Prior to founding the Alliance, Dalibor was a Partner at Deloitte, leading Deloitte’s Global & Canadian CIO Program; the Dean of Deloitte’s NextGen CIO Academy and a leader of Deloitte’s Tech Strategy practice. He is a visiting lecturer at the UofA, and a member of the Harvard Business Review’s Advisory Council.

He holds an MBA degree and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), CGEIT, ITIL Expert, ISO20000, PMP, CobiT and Lean Six Sigma certified, an accredited Coach and a member of ICF, the International Coaching Federation.

Dalibor's expertise has been built over the past 3 decades, serving global, national and regional organizations of various sizes and industries, from public sector, financial services, energy & resources, to retail, higher education and technology sectors.

Since 2020, Dalibor has hosted TechTonic Conversations, a YouTube channel exploring technology, leadership, and organizational change. Guests share practical experience and perspectives on AI, intelligent automation, and the decisions leaders face.
