Dawn McGoldrick

Before joining the Alliance, Dawn spent more than 25 years working across technology, data, and organizational transformation, including 15 years in leadership roles at Deloitte. As a partner, she led client service and practice teams through complex transformation work.

She oversaw the build and launch of Deloitte University Canada with full profit-and-loss accountability. She also led a national information management practice focused on enterprise content, information governance, and digital records. Deloitte recognized her with its Inspirational Partner Award for three consecutive years.

Dawn holds the International Coaching Federation’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. She coaches leaders stepping into broader, more complex roles and facilitates leadership teams, and leaders with their teams, to create the alignment and inclusive environment needed for stronger performance, productivity, and innovation.

As a TSLA Ally, Dawn supports leadership development, inclusive leadership, team effectiveness, and strategy discussions. She brings a practical, direct, and supportive approach, creating space for reflection while keeping the focus on clear actions leaders and teams can take forward.
