Dawn McGoldrick is an executive coach and facilitator with more than 25 years of leadership experience. Her background spans technology, strategy, operations, and organizational transformation.
As a Deloitte partner, Dawn led client service and practice teams and managed major transformation programs. She also oversaw the launch of Deloitte University Canada with full profit-and-loss accountability. Deloitte recognized her with its Inspirational Partner Award for three consecutive years.
Dawn holds the International Coaching Federation’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. She helps leaders take on broader responsibilities, clarify priorities, and develop their leadership approach. She also helps teams improve alignment, collaboration, and effectiveness.
