Paul develops the next generation of IT professionals and leaders.
His experience spans 45 years, including six CIO roles in Canadian manufacturing and retail organizations such as Magna International and Hudson’s Bay. He also held IT strategy and transformation consulting leadership roles at EY, PwC, and IBM.
Paul brings practical judgment, critical thinking, and experience leading technology change around business priorities. He was named a “Top 10” CIO in 2022.
Since semi-retiring in 2023, he has focused on leadership development and mentoring for two groups: IT professionals aspiring to CIO roles, and sales and consulting professionals who want to serve CIOs more effectively. More than 250 participants have taken part in his programs.
